The LME provides futures pricing for steel HRC and steel rebar. While there is no LME steel scrap contract, LME nickel prices drive stainless steel scrap values.
The Platts TSI HMS 1/2 (80:20) CFR Turkey assessment is the global benchmark for ferrous scrap pricing. UK scrap steel prices track this index.
